Doctor shares ‘hack’ for falling asleep on TikTok

A doctor has taken to social media to share a sleep hack that will help you drop off in minutes – and it looks incredibly easy to do.

The doctor shares advice on TikTok to help his followers overcome everyday issues, such as stress, backache, and how to lose weight.

But recently he turned his attention onto sleep and has now shared a hack that could help you fall asleep quickly if you can master the technique.

He said that all you have to do is massage one spot on your wrist, and if you get the right point you’ll be asleep within a few minutes.

The doctor, who uploads to TikTok as @youngeryoudoc, said all you have to do is rub a spot on your wrist, just below your thumb, and soon you’ll fall asleep.

The clip soon went viral with over 230,000 views, alongside hundreds of comments.

One fan said: “Great vid bud. Love all your stuff but this is oddly practical. You rock.”
