Upcoming wavve original series “Tracer” confirms its premiere!

Start the year with ZE:A’s Im Si Wan, Son Hyun Joo, and Go Ah Sung, and watch the premiere of “Tracer”!

On December 10th, it was announced that the much anticipated wavve series “Tracer” will be out on January 7, 2022. 

“Tracer” will depict the journey of a tough guy who got newly appointed as a team manager for the Investigation Bureau at the National Tax Service of the Republic of Korea. The drama is helmed by Lee Seung Young (“Voice 2”) and penned by Kim Hyun Jung (“Who Are You: School 2015”). It will exclusively air on the OTT platform wavve and will be produced by CreveWorks. 

Im Si Wan will play the role of Hwang Dong Joo. He will be the leader of the competent team of the Investigation Bureau. Son Hyun Joo will play the role of In Tae Joon. He’s the current head of the Seoul Regional Tax Office. He earned his position through corrupt and illegal actions. Go Ah Sung will play the role of Seo Hye Young. She’s an investigator at the Investigation Bureau. 

“Tracer” will be added to the drama lineup that can be viewed on wavve. Other dramas that aired on the platform include “Going to the Blue House Like This,” “You Raise Me Up,” and more.

This drama will be Im Si Wan’s comeback to the small screen. He last starred in the 2020 drama “Run On.” The idol-actor will also join the upcoming movies “Boston 1947,” “Emergency Declaration,” and “Stolen Identity.”

Son Hyun Joo is set to appear in two upcoming dramas. The first one is “Tracer,” then he will return for the second season of “The Good Detective 2.” He will also star in the upcoming movies “Hansan” and “Spring in December.”

“Tracer” will be the first project of Go Ah Sung in 2022. She last starred in the 2021 drama “Crime Puzzle” with Yoon Kye Sang, Yoon Gyung Ho, Song Sun Mi, Kwon Soo Hyun, Woo Hyun, and more. The actress is known for starring in the series “Life on Mars,” “Radiant Office,” “Heard it Through the Grapevine,” “Master of Study,” and more.
