Park Min Young, Go Kyung Pyo, and Kim Jae Young are confirmed to be the main leads of the upcoming tvN drama “MonWedFriTuesThursSat.”
On May 3rd tvN announced that Park Min Young, Go Kyung Pyo, and Kim Jae Young will be working together on the new drama and they will start filming earnestly.
“MonWedFriTuesThursSat” will be directed by Nam Sung Woo, the man behind hit dramas “Kkondae Intern,” “100 Days My Prince,” and more.
The upcoming series will revolve around a service that helps single people have a pretend wife to accompany them to gatherings for married couples, school reunions, and alike.
Park Min Young will play the role of Choi Sang Eun, the person who provides the helper service. She has the perfect appearance, skills, and charm any man wants in a wife. Go Kyung Pyo will play the role of Jung Ji Ho, a mysterious man who is under a long-term contract in the helper service. Kim Jae Young on the other hand will play the role of Kang Hae Jin, the youngest son of a conglomerate family and a Hallyu star. He is also the newly signed customer at the helper service.
“MonWedFriTuesThursSat” will premiere in the second half of 2022.
This will be the second drama of Park Min Young for 2022. She started the year with the JTBC series “Forecasting Love and Weather” with Song Kang, Yoon Park, and Girls Day Yura. The actress will also join the MBC special “Docuplex: High Kick.”
This drama will be Go Kyung Pyo’s first drama for the year. He last starred in the 2020 series “Private Lives.” He will also lead the upcoming drama “Connect” with Jung Hae In, Kim Hye Joon, and Jung Dong Hoon. The actor will also be busy with upcoming films “6/45,” “Haruki Urakai,” “Seoul Vibe,” and “Decision to Leave.”
Meanwhile, this will be the first project of Kim Jae Young for 2022. He last appeared in the drama “Reflection of You” with Go Hyun Jung, Shin Hyun Bin, Choi Won Young, Kim Bo Yun, and Shin Dong Wook.
