Star-studded film “Emergency Declaration” to premiere this August!

The upcoming movie “Emergency Declaration” led by Song Kang Ho will be shown in Korean theaters this August!

On July 4th it was officially announced that the “Emergency Declaration” will have its domestic release on August 3rd 2022. 

Aside from the announcement of the premiere, they also released posters of each character. It features main leads Song Kang Ho, Lee Byung Hun, Jeon Do Yeon, Kim Nam Gil, Im Si Wan, and Kim So Jin. 

 “Emergency Declaration” is an aviation disaster film and it will tell the story of an airplane that had to deal with a possible terrorist attack. It was later found out that a suspect was actually boarded on the KI501 flight.

The character posters revealed, that they showcased the roles of each character. It also captured their reaction to the situation.

Song Kang Ho will play the role of In Ho, the veteran crime detective who’s struggling to prevent disasters on the ground. Lee Byung Hun will play the role of Jae Hyuk, a father who boarded the plane with his daughter. He is afraid of flying but because of her daughter, he boarded the plane. Jeon Do Yeon will play as Sook Hee, the director of the airline. 

Kim Nam Gil will play the role of Hyun Soo, the pilot of the airplane. Im Si Wan will play the role of Jin Seok, a normal passenger who is calm. Kim So Jin who plays the role of Hee Jin is part of the crew of the airplane. Park Hae Joon will play as Tae Soo, the crisis management director.

The aviation disaster film will showcase different scenes and performances of what will happen on the ground and in the air. 

“Emergency Declaration” will be out in Korean theaters on August 3rd.
