Noh Sang Hyun (Steven Noh) will be joining the upcoming KBS drama “Curtain Call.”
On May 25th it was officially confirmed that Noh Sang Hyun will be joining the cast of the upcoming drama “Curtain Call.” The series will premiere in the second half of 2022.
“Curtain Call” will depict the story of a North Korean woman who doesn’t have much time left to live and a theater actor who will act and pretend to be his grandson. The upcoming series will be the collaboration work of director Yoon Sang Ho ((“River Where the Moon Rises”) and scriptwriter Jo Seong Geol.
The series will be led by Kang Ha Neul, Youn Yuh Jung, Jung Hae In,Ha Ji Won, Sung Dong Il, Ji Seung Hyun, Hwang Woo Seul Hye, and more.
Noh Sang Hyun will play the role of Ri Mun Sung. He is a mysterious character because everything related to him is questionable.
“Curtain Call” will reportedly have a total of 16 episodes and will exclusively air on KBS.
Noh Sang Hyun made headlines after starring in the Apple TV+ drama “Pachinko” with Youn Yuh Jung, Kim Min Ha, Lee Min Ho, Han Joon Woo, Jung Eun Chae, and Jeong In Ji.
He made his acting debut in 2016 through the movie “Seoul Searching.” He also starred in several dramas such as “We Are Peaceful Brothers,” “XX,” “Fight Hard, Love Harder: Season 2,” “Alice,” “300 Year-Old Class of 2020,” and “Bloody Romance.”
“Curtain Call” will be the next drama that Noh Sang Hyun will be working with top actress Youn Yuh Jung.
Aside from acting, Noh Sang Hyun will also embark on a variety show. He is included in the cast of the upcoming travel program “With the Silk of Dohpo Flying” with Kim Jong Kook, Ji Hyun Woo, Hwang Dae Heon, and Joo Woo Jae.
