Lee Jong Hyuk will appear in the upcoming episode of the KBS series “Bad Prosecutor.”
On October 19th, KBS released still cuts of Lee Jong Hyuk’s upcoming cameo appearance in the drama “Bad Prosecutor.”
Lee Jong Hyuk will play the role of Jin Kang Woo, the father of EXO Doh Kyung Soo’s character Jin Jung. He was a father that was loved and respected by Jun Jung. His questionable death will add more meaning as to why Jin Jung is passionate about seeking justice as a prosecutor.
“Bad Prosecutor” tells the story of the troublemaker prosecutor of the Central District Office named Jin Jung. He punishes the criminals in his ways and also with more than what they deserve.
The series is led by Doh Kyung Soo, Lee Se Hee, Ha Joon, Joo Bo Young, Lee Si Eon, and Kim Sang Ho.
In the teaser photos for Lee Jong Hyuk’s special appearance, the actor is seen having a great time with the young nine years old boy Jin Jung. He is seen as affectionate towards his son as he teaches him how to bike, do kendo, and more. This reveals that he is a reliable and great father to the young Jin Jung.
Lee Jong Hyuk shared his side in starring in the series, “I happily decided to make a special appearance in the drama through my relationship with director Kim Sung Ho.” He also expressed his gratitude to his fellow actors and staff members who made the filming happy and comfortable.
The production team also shared their gratefulness to the actor stating, “We want to thank actor Lee Jong Hyuk once again for doing his best to be with us and film despite his busy schedule. Please look forward to the significant meaning of his appearance in the drama.”
“Bad Prosecutor” airs every Wednesday and Thursday on KBS at 9:50 PM.
Aside from “Bad Prosecutor,” Lee Jong Hyuk will also make a special appearance in the upcoming series “The Driver” and “Returning Student: Straight-A, but F in Love.” He will also join the upcoming drama “Youth, Climb the Barrier” with Park Hyung Sik, Jeon So Nee, Yoon Jong Seok, Pyo Ye Jin, and Jung Shi Woo.
